WishTap Privacy Choices
This page explains the privacy choices currently available in WishTap. It matches the app's current privacy policy and behavior.
No WishTap account
WishTap does not require a WishTap account or sign-in. There is no WishTap account to create, manage, or delete.
Choices inside the app
- In Settings, you can turn off Log Analytics Data. This stops future usage and diagnostics collection by WishTap's analytics and error-reporting services.
- In Settings, you can tap Delete Analytics Data to request deletion of the analytics data associated with your WishTap installation. Crash logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- If you use the optional Facebook import flow, you can tap Clear Facebook Session in Settings to log out of Facebook inside WishTap.
- If WishTap offers a bug-report flow, using it is optional. You can review diagnostics before sending them, and they are designed not to include your contacts data, message contents, or Autofill values.
Choices in iPhone Settings
- You can turn Contacts access on or off in iPhone Settings. WishTap uses Contacts only to read and organize the contact information needed for the app to work on your device.
- You can turn Notifications on or off in iPhone Settings. WishTap uses notifications only for reminders you choose to receive.
What does not leave your device
Your contacts data, birthdays, anniversaries, contact details, message contents, and Autofill values are not sent to WishTap or to anyone else.
